This is an online app. Whoever gets this charge must have ordered something and automatically gets signed up. I just called that number and they are unsubscribing me. 888-447-9013

Yea the Kelly Clarkson CBD gummy scam. I fell for it, but didn’t realize I was signing up for a monthly thing until I got the gummies again which are straight up sugar!!! Anyway I learned my lesson, called the number someone posted in here (thank you for posting that!) for sure a call center, I wouldn’t give my info but they had it already, I told them I want nothing no sugar gummies or any email “magazine” crap. They canceled it but bc the trash gummies were already sent out they wouldn’t refund me. Whatever I’ll kick myself for not noticing the charges until 3 months in. 🤪😖😏 what a dope. Instagram shopping is the worst. My sister says I am an easy target. With this she proved to be correct on that. Scumbags.

I got the same charge and called the number. They said I subscribed for some website magazine, which I didn't. They are canceling the subscription which I didn't sign up for and they are refunding my account. You are so right to call this criminal! If I didn't take a look at my bank account I would have have been getting this charge every month.

This phone number is tied to several other scam numbers. This 12.49 charge was made to my CC while I was getting an X-ray at the hospital.

You need to get text messages about charges to your cards. I reported this to Cybercrimes at FBI and my State Police and to the CC company

FITPRO8884479013 DENVER CO is what showed up on my credit card statement. Thank you for posting the phone number because I could not find a number. I called the number and as soon as they answered, I knew it was a scam. VERY heavy thick accent (Nigerian or Indian?) I have been scammed before. If I would have disputed the charge, my bank would have cancelled my card and I would have to drive an hour to get a new one. This happens to me about once a month.

First charge of $12.49 landed on our Chase credit card today (7/17/24) with the description "fitnsspro8884479013" (and yes - that misspelling is exactly how it appears). As Martie Hans noted, this charge for us also appears to be part of the Kelly Clarkson CBD gummies monthly subscription scam. My wife bought them and didn't realize she was signing herself up for the monthly subscription. We will be calling the number listed for the company today (888-447-9013) to cancel out of any further recurring subscription charges. This is a great reminder for everyone: set up text notifications on your credit cards for ANY charge that appears (Chase allows you to set the transaction threshold as low as $1) and monitor those texts religiously. I caught this one immediately after receiving the text notification, went searching online for the source of the charge, and found this amazingly helpful website. Thank you!

FIT PRO will sign you up (I don’t know for what)for a “subscription “ and charge your credit / Debit card 12.49. This is a SCAM! I placed the order by mistake and I immediately tried to cancel using their email and it COULD NOT be delivered. When I called today, I got nowhere with the rep. All she wanting was my email and I certainly was not going to give her any information. The product was a scam! Do not order anything from this company.

I've been charged twice now and just called from the number someone posted (888-447-9013) and it's for a dietary, health and wellness program I supposedly subscribed to?? I DID NOT! So they cancelled my sub and gave me a refund for the last month ONLY because they can only refund 30 days back. Absolutely CRIMINAL!

This is a charge for an online fitness magazine. How they got my information, I'm not sure. I called the number to be removed from the subscription and their phone menu does not work. Just press 9 until it connects you with a human. They will ask you to verify information. I gave them my name and then told them I was not providing any other information and then they read the information to me and I confirmed it. I then told them I was charged for something I did not subscribe to and that I wanted to be removed from the subscription and refunded. I had already contacted my CC company and disputed the charge as well. They gave me a confirmation number which I wrote down in case my CC company wants it.

I found that this charge, that was on my mother's credit card for the last 5 months, is being charged using a legit Phoenix based company's information but they are not actually affiliated with the company. The listed 888 phone number goes to a 3rd party call center.

The real business owner is being harassed about these charges, but they can't get whatever company that is doing these charges to remove the connection to their legit business.

Go here: https://www.scampulse.com/identity-theftbusiness-imposter-reviewsfor the information I found.

Same problem today, being charged $12.39 on my credit card for something I did not order or receive. Called the number and was told their computer system is down and they cannot pull up my account at this time to make the changes. Was told they would call back but they wanted more information from me. I hung up. Will wait a few minutes until I cool down and then call back. Credit cards are not worth it anymore, too many scams.

I did order some crappy supplements that did not work of course and seemingly got set up with this ongoing $12.49 charge every month since April 2024. When I finally figured out how to cancel my subscription (one time order by the way) this $12.49 was not a part of the original order because I called them back to dispute this charge too and they claim no knowledge of it. Soooo, now since the 1-888-447-9013 isn't "working" any longer, I just cancelled my credit card to be done with them. My CC statement says the same...fitnsspro888....

I got the FTNSSPRO8884479013 Denver CO scam charge of 12.49. I too ordered these scam gummies from the kelly clarkson supposed website. They also auto enrolled me to get them. I did not sign up for either. When I got the 2nd order I called them and complained. They finally agreed to credit me but argued that I had agreed to the enrollment. This is something companies like this will tell you even though there is NO wording on the order form for this. Called my Syn.JCP.MC and found out they had billed me 3 charges (since May) for this FtPro scam. They had to close my card. They are issuing a new card while the investigate and will issue credit in the next 30 to 60 days. I called that number on the statement and got the "we are having tech.difficulties" msg. I hope these people go to jail.

These people are lazy, dishonest and should be prosecuted. I made mistake of ordering Keto gummies a year ago, did NOT REORDER or sign up for automatic shipments, did NOT enroll in any subscription. But yet they sent me an order for the Gummies AGAIN, in April 2024, the phone # was working back then. I told them to cancel and give me address to RETURN Gummies and get my money refunded. Then they started removing $ 12.49 a month from my checking account i DID NOT AUTHORIZE , FOR LAST 4 MONTHS UNTIL I FINALLY REALIZED WHAT WAS GOING ON. I returned product the end of April to the Smyrna warehouse and haven't heard anything ! I texted 3 times ,have called to ph# which is always supposedly having TECHNICAL issues, and have had NO communication or REFUND ! ALMOST $200. BEWARE--- crooks. Get an honest job, you've worked so hard to work out this SCAM!!!

i had a stop payment done after they tried to send me 3 bottles every month and charge me $298. They then somehow had my bank account information which was never given only my debit card was used and they charged me again. I disputed this as unauthorized and explained that my bank information was never given. a few months later I started gettting this $12.49 charge for fitnsspro. I did the google search as I couldnt find an email and called the number which is always down. and found this information about the gummies and charges. It says doctor/hospital for the description. What a scam!!!!! and lots of unauthorized fraud with this.

Tried calling and I get a recording that they’re having difficulties, yeah so you can’t talk to anyone! I had to call my credit card company and cancel the card til I get a new one.

I also saw the 12.39 charge on my CC - they alerted me as to if I made this charge. Rather than change my card number (i have many many legit auto-pays on this card, I investigated it myself. If you or someone auth to use your card, its from a purchase of the Kelly Clarkson gummies which then automatically subscribes you to an E book and the monthly charge. So I called the 888-447-9013 number - prompt 9 - had to do it a few times. But once connected to someone, he cancelled the subscription and refunded me the monthly charges for May and June. Just be calm but firm (and dont yell at the rep lol as s/he doesnt own the company) But at least, youll get them to cancel further charges. Good luck!
